The Great Wall of China is near the Shanhaiguan pass, Liaoning, Hebei, Tianjin, Beijing, Shanxi, Inner Mongolia, Ningxia, Gansu and Jiayuguan pass. The Great Wall of China spans through 3,984 miles and spreads across Shanai pass on the Bohai Sea to Lopnur in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.

The Great Wall of China is made up of solid stones. This wall was mainly built through forced labor. The government of different dynasties made people work without paying them decent wages. Building this wall was a very difficult and hectic work which took the life of millions of people because of invasions and gruesome weather conditions. Only 20 percent of this Great Wall is in good condition today. The tourist locations are well maintained.
